
OUR POLICIES
Please read this page in its entirety before ordering/picking up your cake. Additionally, to ensure we are able to take on your order, we recommend an advance notice of at least two weeks.
Depoist
Upon confirming your order, we require a deposit of 50% to start working on your order. The remianing balance is due before pick up. Cakes will not be released without full payment. We accept e-transfers and cash.
Cancellations/Changes
Changes and cancellations to orders are accepted up to 7 days prior to the date of pickup. We are unable to make changes to orders after that time.
Design
We do not guarantee cakes will look exactly the same as inspiration pictures. Every cake artist has their own methods and style and it is not possible to recreate someone else's creation exactly. We also pride ourselves on never making the exact cake twice, even from our own collection, thereby maintaining our uniqueness factor.

Order not picked up on time
Pick-up
We do not deliver, you are responsible for arranging pick-up for the previously established time. If the order is not picked up in time, late charges will be applied. If someone else if picking up the cake on your behalf, we require written confirmation from you, in order to release your order into the care of someone else.
Damages
All products are the responsibility of the customer once the order is picked up, including during transport or set up. You may be given instructions on how to carry, transport, and store your cake upon pick-up. Keep in mind that cakes are very fragile and damages can happen if not handled properly - such as cracks, smudges, melted frosting, etc...
Accepted
​Once an item has been picked up by you or your designated party, it is considered “Accepted”. Accepted means that you, the client (or your designated party), has looked at the item and were satisfied with it. If you are unhappy with your order, bring the matter to our attention before you leave. Once you leave with your order, we cannot help you solve any issues – all sales are final.
Refunds
​Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds for custom orders. Full refunds requested due to flavor or texture after the cake has been accepted and picked up will not be honoured.
